Universal in use
The Pfreundt BGW-1 excavator scale calculates the exact payload already during loading and with free swinging load attachments, such as a grab or magnet. The scales can be fitted on nearly any excavator currently available and carries out the weighing of scrap, bulk solids, wood etc.
In this way cargo capacity is maximized, and detours to stationary scales are avoided, as well as repeated trips for topping up or discharging. In addition the BGW-1 can substitute for expensive
motor truck, container or wagon scales. Data transmission from the measuring unit to the weighing electronics can be made via cable or radio.
Simple and efficient
Weighing on the spot saves time and it makes the use of your means of transport more efficient. By exactly determining the weight moved you will be sure that your customers have confidence in you and that you will be able to produce a transparent basis for billing. In addition, there is scope for completely new applications, such as in contract work.
Tough and durable
The compact round shape with a low overall height, allows for unlimited freedom of movement of the grab. The device is free from disturbances even under the roughest conditions and it is precise in use.
Precise in practice
The BGW-1 can be calibrated. The integrated dampening and the arrangement of the joints guarantee high precision. The first calibration is carried out by our technicians.

The WK 50 is the ideal compact weighing unit in the
driver's cab. The software is operated via backlit program-controlled function keys and the alphanumeric keypad. The WK 50 can thus also be used in poor light.
Along with internal addition, total and master
data memory, various interface connection options are
available, such as GPS tracking and data transmission
via mobile radio to the control center.
Here you can manage and process master and weighing data using P.O.S. programming modules right up to invoicing. In addition, P.O.S. Fleet vehicle fleet management can be used to
optimize availability and processing of orders.
In its standard version, the BGW-1 is designed for a weighing capacity to 15 t. With weighing capacities ranging to 100 t the BGW is suitable for nearby every type of use. (Prices on request)
